This crowd-pleasing chicken recipe is so popular, that there are now a few shops in the busiest parts of Tokyo dedicated to it.
Locally grown chicken is paired with a classic recipe that has been around for 50 years. The seasoning is mild; a blend of soy sauce, onion and ginger. They've skipped on the garlic to make it a lighter taste.
